Since the age of sixteen, Pastry chef and Owner Skye Tregonning has had a passion for designing and creating special occasion cakes. Skye started as an apprentice at zweefers great cakes specialising in chocolate work. Upon completion of her 4 year apprenticeship Skye then joined the Delaney’s cake decorating team.

Now with the help of family and the friendly staff at Balgownie Village Patisserie Skye is proud to offer you her custom made creations to suit any particular style, couple or event.
